Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Request made within 7 days of purchase for one-time credit packages
- Credits purchased have not been used or have been used minimally (less than 10% consumed)
- Service experienced significant technical issues preventing usage, documented and reported to support
- Unauthorized charges on your account, verified through investigation
Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been consumed (generated infographics)
- Partial refunds for subscription plans mid-cycle
- Monthly subscription fees after the service period has begun
- Promotional credits, bonus credits, or free trial credits
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
Subscription Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a subscription period.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund within 30 days if less than 10% of yearly credits have been used.

- You will receive a decision via email with an explanation
