Service Description

Genaraera provides an AI-powered infographics generation service that allows users to create professional visual content using artificial intelligence technology. The service operates on a credit-based system with various subscription and one-time payment plans.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Credits and Usage

• Credits can be purchased through subscription plans (monthly/yearly) or one-time payments
• Each infographic generation consumes 1 credit as specified in our pricing
• Subscription credits reset monthly/yearly. One-time purchase credits do not expire
• Consumed credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the current period ends
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Generate spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of infographics you generate. Genaraera retains all rights to the service, platform, and underlying AI technology. Generated content is licensed to you for commercial use, but you may not resell or redistribute the raw infographics as templates or competing products.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genaraera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
